installation, applicant submits the work completion report to both the Commission and PUC.<\/li>\n      <li>The Commission inspects the system within <strong>7 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n      <li>If successful: a <strong>safety certificate<\/strong> is issued within <strong>5 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n      <li>The safety certificate must be submitted to PUC within <strong>3 working
